Best Western- a chain of hospitality ventures looked to draw crowds to one of their cafes, Crossroad Café with Valentine’s Day offers that were clutter-breaking and, at the same time increase footfalls.
The insight was simple, one can’t make a person reciprocate your love for them by buying expensive gifts or, with grandiose gestures. Often, love lies in little acts one does for your loved ones. One tends to reminisce actions over words; the ones that were sincere and not dramatic, tend to stay on! We decided to cash in on this insight and came up with a campaign, ‘Little Acts of Love’.
We came up with some common instances where a person would do something for his/her loved one as an expression of love. For e.g. a husband cooking for his wife or, when lovers sneaked out of their homes for clandestine meetings a la Romeo and Juliet. Each post was followed by a question which asked the audience to share their ‘Little Acts of Love’ and lucky couples would win a romantic dinner on the eve of Valentine’s Day.
The campaign was initiated a week before Valentine’s day.

The campaign received a lot of responses on Facebook; the walk-ins and bookings at Crossroad Café, Best Western Ashoka-Hitech City were beyond expectations.
